Importing contacts from WorkSorted

Import your WorkSorted clients and contacts directly into Prospo. Each user authorises their own WorkSorted account via OAuth.


Before you begin: Your WorkSorted account must be connected to Prospo. See Connecting WorkSorted.


Importing contacts

  1. Go to Contacts → Import Contacts
  2. Select WorkSorted
  3. Your WorkSorted clients load — use the search field to filter by name
  4. Select the contacts you want to import
  5. Click Next: Map Clients to optionally link each to a Prospo client
  6. Click Import

Troubleshooting

"Worksorted connector is not configured" — Your Org Admin needs to set up the WorkSorted connector first.

Connection expired — Your WorkSorted authorisation has lapsed. Return to the import dialog and click Connect to WorkSorted to re-authorise.
