Importing contacts from Microsoft Outlook
Import your personal Outlook contacts directly into Prospo when your Microsoft 365 account is connected.
Before you begin: Your Microsoft 365 account must be connected to Prospo. See Connecting your Microsoft 365 account.
Importing contacts
- Go to Contacts → Import Contacts
- Select Microsoft Account
- Your Outlook contacts load automatically — use the search field to filter by name or email
- Select the contacts you want to import using the checkboxes, or tick the header checkbox to select all
- Click Next: Map Clients to optionally link each contact to a client
- Click Import

Only your personal Outlook contacts are imported — the Global Address List (your organisation's directory) is not included.
Troubleshooting
"Microsoft 365 is not configured for your organisation" — Contact your Org Admin to set up the Microsoft 365 connector.
"Outlook contact import has been disabled by your admin" — Contact your Org Admin to enable it.
"Please reconnect your Microsoft Outlook account" — Your connection has expired. Click Reconnect and sign in again.
