Editing client details

Update a client's name, entity type, status, address, and other profile details at any time from the Clients page or from within the client profile.


Steps

From the Clients page:

  1. Find the client in the list
  2. Click the Edit (pencil) icon on their row
  3. Make your changes in the form that opens
  4. Click Update Client

From the client profile:

  1. Open the client profile by clicking View Client
  2. Click the Edit button in the profile header
  3. Make your changes
  4. Click Update Client

Click Show Additional Details in the edit form to reveal the address, status, and other profile fields.


Editing contacts

Contacts linked to a client are managed separately from the client's own details. To add, edit, or unlink contacts, open the client profile and use the Linked Contacts panel on the right side. See Managing contacts for full details.
