Inviting team members to Prospo
Invite colleagues to join your organisation in Prospo from Settings. Each person gets their own login and is added to your subscription.
Only Org Admins can invite new team members.
Steps
1. Go to Organisation Settings
Log in to Prospo, navigate to Settings in the left navigation, then select the Users tab.
2. Click Invite User
Click the Invite User button to open the invitation form.
3. Fill in the user's details

4. Send the invitation
Click Send Invite. Prospo sends an email to the address you entered with a link to activate their account. The link is valid for 7 days.
What the invited person experiences
The invited team member will receive an email from Prospo. When they click the link:
- They're taken to a page asking them to set a password for their account.
- Their password must be at least 8 characters and include an uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number, and special character.
- Once they set their password, they're automatically logged in and taken to the dashboard.
Note: Invited users don't need to verify their email address separately — clicking the invite link confirms their address.
Resending an invitation
If an invited team member can't find their email or the link has expired:
- As an admin: Find the user in the Users tab, click the resend icon next to their name, and a new invitation email will be sent. The old link is immediately invalidated.
- As the invited person: On the Prospo login page, there is a link to request a new invitation email using their email address.
Invite links expire after 7 days. After expiry, a new invite must be sent.
Troubleshooting
Invited person didn't receive the email — Ask them to check their spam or junk folder. If it's not there, resend the invitation from the Users tab.
"This invite link is invalid or has expired" — The link is older than 7 days or has already been used. Resend the invitation to generate a fresh link.
Can't see the Invite User button — Only Org Admins can invite users. If you don't see this option, contact your organisation's admin.
