Importing contacts from Monday.com

If your organisation uses Monday.com to manage clients, Prospo can import contacts from a designated Monday.com board. This integration is configured at the organisation level by an Org Admin.


Before you begin

Your Org Admin must set up the Monday.com connector in Admin → Connectors with:

  • The Monday.com board ID to import from
  • A Monday.com API token

Once configured, all users in your organisation can import from that board. No individual setup is required.


Importing contacts

  1. Go to Contacts → Import Contacts
  2. Select Monday.com from the source list
  3. Prospo loads items from your configured board — use the search to filter by name or email
  4. Select the contacts you want to import
  5. Click Next: Map Clients to optionally link each contact to a Prospo client
  6. Click Import

What gets imported

Prospo detects email, phone, and date of birth columns by matching column names — ensure your board uses recognisable column names for these fields.


Troubleshooting

"Monday.com connector not found" — Your Org Admin needs to configure the Monday.com connector in Admin → Connectors.

No contacts appear — Check that your board contains items and that email columns are named clearly (e.g. "Email").
