Viewing a client's activity history

Every action on a client in Prospo is logged automatically. The Client Interaction History panel on the client profile gives you a full timeline — what happened, who did it, and when.


Where to find it

Open the client profile by clicking View Client from the Clients page or dashboard. The Client Interaction History panel is on the left side of the profile, below the Meetings panel.

The total number of logged records is shown as a count at the top of the panel.

Each entry shows the date and time, the staff member who performed the action, and a label describing what happened.


Filtering the history

Use the filters at the top of the panel to narrow the list:

  • Filter by Staff — show only actions performed by a specific team member
  • Filter by Activity — show only a specific type of action (e.g. only meetings, only file notes)

Filters can be used together.
