Editing a file note

2 min read

Edit any File Note at any time using the built-in rich text editor. Every save creates a new version, so you can always return to an earlier draft. See Viewing file note version history.

Steps

  1. Open the meeting from your dashboard
  2. In the right panel, select the File Note tab you want to edit
  3. Click into the content area and make your changes
  4. Click Save when done

If you have unsaved changes and switch to a different File Note tab, Prospo will prompt you to save or discard before continuing.
