Connecting AdviserLogic

Import your AdviserLogic clients and contacts directly into Prospo using your API credentials. Each user connects their own AdviserLogic account independently — no Org Admin setup is required.


Before you begin

You'll need three credentials from your AdviserLogic account:

  • Key User ID

  • Key Password / Secret

  • Parameter UID

These are available from your AdviserLogic account settings. Contact your AdviserLogic administrator if you're unsure where to find them.


Steps

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations

  2. Find AdviserLogic and click Set up

  3. Enter your Key User ID, Key Password / Secret, and Parameter UID

  4. Click Connect

Prospo validates your credentials immediately. Once accepted, the AdviserLogic card shows a green Connected badge. You only need to do this once. If your credentials change, return here to update them.

Your Key Password / Secret is encrypted before being stored.


Updating your credentials

If your AdviserLogic credentials change:

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → AdviserLogic → Manage

  2. Enter the updated values

  3. Click Save


Troubleshooting

"Invalid credentials" — One or more values are incorrect. Verify each in your AdviserLogic account settings. Credentials are case-sensitive.

"All fields required" — All three credential fields must be filled in before connecting.

Once connected, import your contacts from Contacts → Import Contacts → AdviserLogic. See Importing contacts from AdviserLogic.
