Connecting Fireflies.ai

If you use Fireflies.ai to transcribe meetings, you can import those transcripts directly into Prospo meeting records. Each user connects their own Fireflies account using an API key — no Org Admin setup is required.

Before you begin

You'll need your Fireflies.ai API key:

  1. Log in to your Fireflies.ai account
  2. Go to your profile settings and find your API key
  3. Copy the key — you'll paste it into Prospo in the next step

Steps

  1. In Prospo, go to Settings → Integrations
  2. Find Fireflies and click Set up
  3. Paste your API Key into the field
  4. Click Connect

Prospo validates the key with Fireflies immediately. If it's accepted, the card updates to show a green Connected badge alongside your Fireflies account email and the last sync time.

Managing the connection

To update your API key:

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Fireflies → Manage
  2. Enter your new API key
  3. Click Connect

To disable the integration, use the toggle switch on the Fireflies card. A confirmation prompt will appear. Disabling hides the Import from Fireflies.ai option from meeting records — transcripts already imported are not affected.

Troubleshooting

"Invalid API Key" — Check the key copied from your Fireflies dashboard. Keys are case-sensitive and must be pasted without extra spaces.

"Import from Fireflies.ai" not appearing in a meeting — Your Fireflies connection may be disabled. Go to Settings → Integrations and check the toggle is on.
