Overview of the Prospo dashboard

3 min read

The Prospo dashboard is the first screen you see after logging in. It shows your clients, contacts, and upcoming meetings, and is the starting point for most tasks.

The sidebar

The sidebar runs along the left side of the screen and is your primary way to move around Prospo. It can be expanded to show labels or collapsed to icon-only view — click the edge of the sidebar to toggle it.

Navigation items available to all users:

SectionWhat it's for

Contacts

Contacts not yet linked to a client

Email

At the bottom of the sidebar:

Help Center

Documentation and support resources

Org Admins also see an Admin item in the sidebar, which provides access to organisation settings, user management, billing, and connectors.

On smaller screens the sidebar collapses automatically. Tap the menu icon in the top bar to open it.

The dashboard layout

The dashboard is divided into two main panels:

Left panel — Clients & Contacts

A searchable, sortable list of your clients and contacts. Use the toggle at the top to switch between the Clients view and the Contacts view.

  • Use the search bar to filter by name or email address
  • Use the sort button to order the list by name (A–Z or Z–A) or by date added
  • Click the expand icon on any client to see their linked contacts, or on any contact to see their linked clients
  • Select one or more rows to access bulk actions: Export SelectedExport All, or Delete Selected
  • Use the Add Client or Add Contact button to create a new record
  • In the Contacts view, the Import Contacts button lets you upload contacts in bulk

Right panel — Meetings

A summary of your meetings across all clients, with quick-filter controls at the top.

  • Filter by status: All, Upcoming, Today, This Week, or Completed
  • Filter by meeting type using the type dropdown
  • Click any meeting row to open the full meeting record
  • Use the Edit or Delete icons on each row to manage individual meetings

At the very top of the right panel, three summary cards show your Total Meetings, Upcoming Meetings, and Meetings Today counts.

The top bar

The top bar appears across all pages and contains:

  • Prospo logo (top left) — click to return to the dashboard from anywhere
  • Notifications bell — shows a badge when you have unread notifications
  • User menu (top right) — click your avatar or email address to access your profile settings or log out

Quick actions

From the dashboard you can kick off the most common tasks without navigating away:

  • Schedule a meeting — click the Schedule Meeting button in the dashboard header
  • Add a client — click Add Client in the left panel
  • Add a contact — switch to the Contacts view and click Add Contact
