Disconnecting Zoom

1 min read

You can disconnect your Zoom account from Prospo at any time from Settings. Disconnecting removes your stored credentials and prevents new Zoom meetings from being created, but does not affect any existing meeting records or recordings.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations
  2. Find Zoom under Meeting Tools
  3. Click Disconnect
  4. Confirm the action

Your Zoom credentials are deleted from Prospo immediately.

What happens after disconnecting

What happens

Zoom option in meeting scheduler

Disabled — you can no longer create Zoom meetings

Existing Zoom meeting records

Remain in Prospo — all meeting details, join links, and notes are preserved

Recordings already imported into Prospo

Remain in Prospo — accessible as normal

Recordings still in Zoom Cloud

Not deleted — they remain in your Zoom account until you remove them from Zoom's portal

Reconnecting Zoom

To reconnect, follow the steps in Connecting your Zoom account. You'll need your Zoom app credentials again (Account ID, Client ID, and Client Secret from Zoom Marketplace). Previously imported recordings are unaffected when you reconnect.
