Steps

  1. Open the client's profile and click Files in the client navigation
  2. Click Upload File
  3. Select one or more files from your computer (up to 5 at a time)
  4. Choose a file type category from the dropdown
  5. Optionally add a description
  6. Confirm the upload

The file appears in the client's file list immediately after upload.
