AI-assisted drafting

Click Generate with AI to have Prospo write a draft for you. Type a natural language instruction — for example, "Write a follow-up email after our annual review meeting" — and Prospo generates both a subject line and body based on the client context.

Review and edit the generated content before sending.

Attaching files

Click the attachment button in the compose toolbar to attach files from your computer or from the client's files in Prospo. The total attachment size cannot exceed 25 MB per email.

Drafts

Prospo automatically saves your draft every 10 seconds while you're composing. You can also click Save manually. Drafts are accessible from the Drafts folder in your inbox.

To discard a draft, click Discard.
