Recovering a deleted email
Deleted emails move to the Deleted folder rather than being permanently removed. You can restore them at any time, or delete them permanently when you're ready.
Recover a deleted email
Go to Email in the sidebar
Click the Deleted folder in the left panel
Find the email and click on it to open it
Click Restore in the action bar
The email moves back to your Inbox.
Permanently delete an email
Open the Deleted folder
Select the email
Click the Delete permanently icon (red trash icon) in the action bar
Permanently deleted emails cannot be restored. If you need to keep a record, restore the email to your inbox first.
A few things to know
Deleting from any folder - Inbox, Sent, Flagged - moves the email to Deleted first
The Restore and Delete permanently options only appear when you're in the Deleted folder
Emails deleted directly from Outlook outside Prospo follow Outlook's own retention rules
