Recovering a deleted email

Deleting an email in Prospo moves it to the Deleted folder, not out of Prospo entirely. You can restore deleted emails to your inbox at any time, or permanently remove them when you're done with them.


Recovering a deleted email

  1. Go to Email in the sidebar
  2. Click the Deleted folder in the left panel
  3. Find the email you want to recover and click on it to open it
  4. Click Restore in the action bar
  5. The email is moved back to your Inbox

Permanently deleting an email

To remove an email from the Deleted folder entirely:

  1. Open the Deleted folder
  2. Select the email
  3. Click the Delete permanently icon (red trash icon) in the action bar
  4. The email is removed and cannot be recovered

Permanently deleted emails cannot be restored. If you need to keep a record of an email, restore it to your inbox before deleting it permanently.


Notes

  • Deleting from any folder (Inbox, Sent, Flagged) moves the email to Deleted first
  • The Restore and Delete permanently options only appear when you are in the Deleted folder
  • Emails deleted directly from Outlook outside Prospo follow Outlook's own retention rules
